What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Apple Pay, and secure bank wire transfers. For wire transfers, please contact our showroom to arrange details.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Since each piece is hand-finished and prepared, orders can only be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact customer care immediately to make adjustments.

Shipping & Delivery

How does White Glove Delivery work?

White Glove Delivery includes transport, carrying the item inside your residence to the designated room, unpacking, full assembly, and cleanup of packaging materials. Our delivery partner will contact you to schedule a 2-hour window.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship our furniture globally. International rates are calculated at checkout, or custom quotes can be prepared by our logistics team for large items.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on stock items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in new condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.

Are custom orders returnable?

Custom orders, bespoke sizing, and altered upholstery options are crafted specifically to client requirements and cannot be returned, cancelled, or refunded.

Product & Care

How should I care for natural wood finishes?

Wipe regularly with a clean, dry, lint-free microfiber cloth. Avoid using commercial sprays, solvents, or damp cloths. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight or humidity sources.

Can I request wood samples?

Yes, we provide individual samples of our Solid European Oak, American Walnut, and Travertine stone finishes. Samples can be ordered online or collected in our NY showroom.
